Literally spent all day trying to figure out why this is happeningt one of my levels. All other levels seem to render lightmaps just fine. When I try to render on this one however, I get this and the light mapper fails it also prevents the level from being exported:
E: 23:29:14 - Failed to submit lightmap layout [wes400d]
E: 23:29:14 - Job submission process failed with a return code of '1'.
I: 23:29:14 - no FESL allocator defined
I: 23:29:14 - Lightmapper script failed. See errlog.txt for details.
I: 23:29:14 - Detected 2 cores. Use "--cpus=X" option to change setting.
I: 23:29:14 - Running lightmapper script.
I: 23:29:09 - EclipseRay v1.2
Here is the error log:

I've seen post with people who have had similar problems, rarely, but if they've fixed them its not stated how, or the vast majority this issue goies unanswered. Again python all that is installed properly it works on all levels but this one and I do do not know why.

{SOLVED] After sitting here for hours going over forums and finding a little here and a little there the fix to this issue is simple:
So if you're problem is like mine, other levels export fine but lightmapper is not working for one check what is in your level. If anything in there is a "plc_" model, even if it shows up in the area, remove it it will prevent the light mapper from working.
I wish I tried that hours ago, but at least I don't have to remake my level or something.
So again if you've done everytihng with the eclipse and python and it was working before, before you do any further editing which might make things worst, check to see if a plc_ model is somewhere in your level, boom problem solved.
