Yeah, that was pretty nice when we finally cleared out the hack zone and there was nothing in sight for a moment.

... I was gonna say that it was glorious to hear that blessed silence, and then I remembered that I couldn't hear anything and screams would have been sorta welcomed...

I find grab kills and heavy melee kills the most rewarding, especially if I'm not playing a melee class.

My favorites are when your own damage over time powers kill a banshee/atlas/praetorian when they've got you mid sync-kill. So very satisfying. Banshee one of course being the best. Night-night, pretty girl.

The first time I found out about the ramp/instakill thing. Just went right up to those banshees and killed them. So fulfilling.

Anything on a smashguard in close succession. There's nothing quite as spectacular as killing six troopers/etc. in all of four seconds.

Hucked a grenade into a group of marauders and did my little asari dodge to slide behind some cover since one of them spotted me. Slid me into a group of three husks so I heavy meleed. Another asari was doing a heavy melee elsewhere at the same time and we got a killstreak out of the whole shabang.

Similarly... did a backwards dodge with my asari huntress to get out of the line of fire of a scion to my left. I was cloaked so when I saw I was between three captains, heavy melee took them all out.

I doubt I could do either again on purpose.

Any time an enemy gets knocked way off the map to a distant, painful demise.

One time, in the middle of a particularly chaotic firefight on Condor, I was playing as a Krogsol and had just started to rage, which made the whole environment into a crazed fever dream. I happened to spot a Marauder crouching behind a box near that LZ and lined him up for a heavy melee. It was like I was knocking him into orbit.

I was using a melee Batarian Vanguard on Gold, and I killed a Banshee with only a Phalanx. It's a straight melee build so I use the lightest weapons for increased melee damage and lower cooldown. I shouldn't be using a gun at all.

Not entirely ME3 related, but I am playing through the series as a Vanguard and I had the most epic fight against a Krogan in ME2. At one point, I Biotic Charged him and knocked him down a staircase.

He did a backflip, landed on his feet, then charged me.

That was a damned rewarding fight to win(it was on insanity difficulty).

Eh, my forte is annoying the enemy into trying to kill me while my allies shoot them. So my Slayer getting all 8 enemies firing on me at once in the middle of London was nothing but badass for me, even if it was on Silver.

It was using the Batarian Brawler that I found out that Brutes had a synch kill. I was pretty shicked, been playing the game for months without knowing that.
