I love going to this great Japanese restaurant that's over in the next city. They make such amazing sushi. I usually like to make a custom roll though.
My usual roll has shrimp tempera, cream cheese, blue crab, smoked salmon, and mango.
It's a massive roll but worth it nomming the hell out of it.
The crunchiness of the tempera batter, the cool cheese, the texture of the crab, smokiness of the salmon, and the mango gives it a nice refreshing taste.
Next time I go, I'll post a photo of my custom roll.

Heh, last time we were there, we had an all-you-can at the Oki-Nii, 2 1/2 hours full of Sushi and other delicacies. By the end of the second hour, we had the waiter checking on us regularily, as if to say "please, stahp!".
Twenty bucks, excluding the drinks and I bet me alone ate about forty bucks worth of ingredients.
That night also earned me the nickname "Schwarzes Loch" (blackhole, as in the cosmic singularity) because I ate sooo much now that I think of it.

But if you're a galaxy cannibal then you can eat all the sushi in every galaxy... On the assumption that there is more than one "earth" like planets that happen to have sushi on them.
I could seriously live off sushi honestly. But I wouldn't wanna get tired of it and whatnot. There is just so many rolls out there to try and create yourself.

I'm thinking something sweet and spicy.
Something that incorporates...unagi, along with its sauce, but also has something spicy to go with it.
I'm trying to figure out what could add spiciness to it without totally ruining the flavor. Immediately I think of several cuts of tuna and spicy mayo, but I don't know how that would work without trying it myself.
Play around.

Don't see the problem here. I for one am happy if people point out mistakes. Else I'd likely repeat those and I'd rather not.
Amd yes, less whatever and more Sushi.
Anyone ever tried Kimbap?
Allegedly there's a significant difference between Kimbap and Sushi, but I don't see it. Maybe they roll the rice the other way.

Mmm.. sounds good. I'll experiment then.
P.S.: I love spicy mayo and usually put that on my custom rolls.
