I had my Engineers maxed out and bought a PSP, which of course gave me two Engineer cards because the store has a sense of humour.  When I promoted the class later, it re-set to level 14.  Is this a new thing wherein cards aquired at level 20 aren't wasted (i.e. it saved those points for later use), or is it just an evolution of the "too many skill points" bug?

EDIT: Just logged in to multiplayer, and now they're sitting at level 8.  Now I'm really confused!
