I like the Particle Rifle and the Typhoon.
I use the Particle Rifle a lot more simply because I find the Typhoon a little lackluster, probably because I'm bad with it and my particle rifle is a higher level. Typhoon looks absolutely badass though.

Harrier. Fully automatic, great power, good stability. Add there a mod for extended clips and there you go. Running for ammo is not a concern for me.

Indra and PPR for me...
I am very perplexed as no one has mentioned the Indra. It's full auto, built in 4x optic, fast reload, good damage and lightweight. Sure it's a "sniper" rifle, but how many "sniper" rifles are auto, low recoil and have a 26 round mag?!

I do like the Typhoon/Revenant for pure dakka value.
Also the GPR.
And I'll always have a soft spot for the Avenger (even if it looks a bit stupid without the integrated scope or whatever it was).
Because I love that sh!tty old rifle.
If they add the AASR - that would probably shoot to the top. I have a thing for dem electric weapons.
Edit- honourary mention to the Sabre. ( I know, I like the ARs..)

The Harrier is arguably the most versatile, the PPR is possibly the best on the Destroyer, the Saber may shine for headshots but there's nothing, and I mean nothing, that beats the Typhoon* for just pure DAKKADAKKADAKKA value!
* Revenant comes close but it's pretty useless on anything other than the TSol - the Typhoon works nicely on the Destroyer, Havoc and Volus Sentinel.

Yup. But joke aside, I do think the Hurricane makes for a better assault rifle than all other assault rifles. The only one that can keep up in performance is the Harrier and frankly, the Harrier is simply boring. No recoil to tame to get the best of it.
So not only is the Hurricane equal in performance, it even grants that little satisfaction that you even did at least something to earn that kill.
ARs in ME3 suck. Except the Argus, that one is fun, but simply not as good as the Hurricane.
So basically the best ARs in ME3 are Hurricane > Indra > Argus
