I know his kit can be improved, I currently do about half and half weapon/melee, killing mooks and finishing off harder mobs. Sentry turret accounts for a lot of my kills, as does sabotaging the geth units. Took out a prime, 2 pyros, and a trooper in one go on the extraction. Ran to LZ at 30 seconds, they were converging quickly but I held them off. I died once, but I can work on getting that 10 waves medal once I get better gear.

This was my third solo try, first time being Ballistic challenge. My first try tonight got me the dang devices mission, the final device was in the courtyard so I got blown to pieces from all angles. Second try was two hacks in easy locations and assassination. Much easier.

Quite pumped for my little achievement.

One of my bronze solos was Krogan Sentinel. I was just running around and headbutting everything (well...almost everything). I like when you run towards an enemy who hides behind a cover then he gets up only to receive a headbutt.

When you can do it and, importantly, feel very confident in doing so (it feels like you are simply going through the motions and your mind wanders abit, during the wait for the next wave(s)), you know you are ready for the next level (in your case, Silver).

Hahaha. I just love the heavy melee animation. WhooshSLAM! It's viable on silver, and I die far less often than when on my geth engineer. Sabotaging the geth, letting it kill its friends, then whooshSLAMing before it turns on me is way too fun.

Thanks Trying to decide what kit I should try next. Thinking maybe my havoc soldier, or a vanguard, maybe an infiltrator. I need to practice with them more in PUGs though (sometimes, it's almost like playing solo <_<)

Looking at your manifest I see you have the Trooper, Vorcha sentinel, Acolyte and Reegar. Combining these and equipping your highest level appropriate consumables should get a successful silver within your grasp. First try one or more bronze solos with these kits to familiarize yourself with them and then go for silver. For gold, maybe wait until you have completed a few silvers and you have level 4 cyclonic armor and level 4 cryo or incendiary ammo to be used for these kits. For easier solos choose Geth as the enemy and select large maps like Giant and Ghost.
