My point being. That if you outgun your teammates to that level. Where they can try their hardest but they can kill as quick as you. Then obviously you are going to outscore them.
Snipped the rest.
Agree with this. A lot of people seem to think high score = carry, but this is not always the case.
If the scores OP posted were from a 15-20 minute game then it is simply a more aggressive player killing everything before others get a chance to. But say if it's 30+ minutes then it's turning more into a solo time and either their teammates were bleeding out and leaving them to solo waves or they simply were to putting out enough damage to make an impact.
The one from yesterday was 31 minutes. Had a similiar game today
227145
96157
92235
51582
but this one was 21 minutes. I surely didn't do anything different, so maybe it was just the pugs were **** yesterday and good today, their scores aren't much different but scores don't really matter, it comes down to how well they stayed alive, did the objective, mashed A so that I could get to them and wouldn't have to solo 2 or 3 waves adding an extra 10 minutes or so to the game.
I feel that your logic is somewhat flawed.
I fail to see how my logic is flawed, since what you say agrees with my point.
You getting 227k with two teammates under 100k and one at 50k in a 21 minute game is simply a more aggressive player killing everything before others get the chance. If it was relative to DPS the scores would have been closer since they would have gotten more assist points.
You at 220k with 3 teammates at 70k in a 31 minute game means either they bleed out and you had to solo, (which you said was the case in this game), or simply didn't have enough damage output.
Another point to consider is that them staying alive can simply mean that you aren't drawing all the aggro.
