Nice vid. It is also notable that you can "cover" the Claymore's reload animation with the jetpack dodge of the Turian. As far as I know, it is the only dodge which allows this to occur.
I am not sure how surefire the following may be, but when I dodge backwards while in the Havoc Strike animation (just before it ends), I have not yet been sync killed. Unfortunatley, this would cancel the reload of the Claymore during the Havoc Strike, but better to be alive and empty than dead and loaded.
There are Coalesced editing discussions all over the place. Multiplayer editing is well-documented and easily accessible. Easier to access than instructions on how to missile glitch even. Updated frequently to stay ahead of patches. Ready-made edited files ready for download. There is a ton of interest in editing the game files, and guides are available on how to tweak pretty much any gameplay parameter you want to.
But I'm supposed to believe it's all theoretical and no one actually does this, right???
If you're a PC player I just assume you're playing with edited files unless you prove otherwise. That's how pervasive cheating on PC is.
Ok, this is either your most subtle troll so far or words cannot describe how stupid that post is.
What is stupid about it?

That's cool. Most PC players tweak the gameplay to their liking, so you're in good company.
All bark and no bite. Please offer some proof to support your claims.
Ignore him, he's a moron.
All this childish name-calling you engage in is getting old.
... But you are a moron. You can't blame people for telling the truth, can you? [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/tongue.png[/smilie]
On that note, are you even on PC so you can actually tell how pervasive cheating is and how many people use it? Or am I talking to a console player all the time who just sees what he wants to believe whenever he watches a PC vid?

You mean that if you dodge almost immediately after taking a shot (like power usage as mentioned in the OP) the Claymore is reloaded during the dodge animation?
Havoc Strike might be the most underrated power in the game. Apparently a significant amount of people skip it or don't invest 6 points in it, when IMO, it is much better than biotic charge. It has a shorter cooldown, gives invulnerability frames and since stim packs are what gives you your shields back you can easily afford to equip ...
A Claymore
What makes the Claymore so freaking awesome, besides its brutal effectiveness and overall sexiness, is the fact that you can hide its reload with basically every single power in the game.
For some powers (Havoc Strike, Biotic Charge, grenades, shadow strike ...) it's really easy. Just use the power immediately after a shot and the weapon will reload itself during the animation. For other powers (Cryo Blast, Stim Packs, Incinerate, Reave, Warp, Shield Boost ...), it's a bit trickier, there's got to be a small delay before you use your power. Here I use stim pack right after the Claymore shot, reload trick doesn't work. Here I wait a little bit and it does.
So, if you have incendiary ammo and you're looking at a group of mooks, use a stim pack, shoot your Claymore once without killing your target (easier said than done sometimes), immediately use havoc strike for the fire explosion and kill whatever survived with your reloaded Claymore.
Havoc Strike is also useful because it grants immunity frames. The best part : A Banshee's warp has the exact same cooldown as Havoc Strike, which means the Havoc doesn't give a **** about them when they're 1vs1. Stim packs have the same effect, so you can casually reload your gun right in front of a Cerberus Turret before destroying it.
Also, another Claymore tip. When you're aiming, don't just rely on your mouse or right analog stick. You can see here against those two phantoms, I barely use my mouse. I anticipate where the phantom's head going to be, then i don't move it at all and I use my lateral movement. When the head gets there, BOOM
And IMO, it's the only build that makes sense. Havoc Strike is awesome, you obviously want as many points as possible in the passives, you rely on stim packs all the time and Cryo Blast is useful for debuffing bosses and freezing mooks, or as a crowd control tool. It's also the only offensive power you can use during Hacks/Escorts. Fitness is not needed at all since you'll be using stim packs quite often.
Gear is pretty obvious. Grenade Capacity. I prefer Shock Trooper against Reapers though. Any armor equipment besides Shields Power Cell and Stabilizition Modules is fine.
Obviously, the Havoc is no GI or anything, but he can be really effective and most importantly, he's really fun to play. Although I gotta honest, you do get a lot of BS with Havoc Strike. Like phantoms stabbing you without any warning or Havoc Striking right into a sync kill. At least now I know, do not, under any circumstance, havoc strike a praetorian

Feneckus wrote... Can you survive when two cerberus turrets are shooting at you with biotic charge ? Because you can with Havoc Strike.
It's called bonus power (6A evo) bro. Use it. ...
That's a joke right? Drellguards come out of BC with 50% DR on at most 850 shields. And you're relying on a power evolution that works 33% of the time, and even then likely would not save you from one turret -- let alone two. LoL, you are out on a limb there. ... ...
No, I'm not joking. Bonus Power on the Drellguard, the Protector, the Kroguard and the Asari Vanguard is one of the most ridiculous things ever. I'm still in awe that no-one uses this. I started using bonus power when Jack Crapper told me to use it with the Volus Protector, and I was speechless at how good it was.
Also, the Drellguard gets a maximum of 450 shields with full fitness. I'm not using CycloMods with him like a scrub. Adrenaline Mod III all day, every day. Why do you need the other half of the shields for? You'll get annihilated as soon as you finish the charge full shields or not... unless you can charge again, and believe me: I can with this "pathetic" 33% chance. With bonus power, I will charge 2, 3, 4, sometimes 5 or 6 times in a row, with a 40% power damage bonus every single time as well as the amazing power passives.
Those who don't know about bonus power and dismiss it as a bad evo really don't know what they are talking about. I've been called a cheater and a hacker by ignorants for using this evo and never dying in a match with him. But sure, keep using the barrier evo with the Drellguard. I don't care. Stay free. The more for me the mo bettah.
You suggested Bonus Power as a way to tank 2 turrets with the Drellguard. There's no way. The Havoc on the other hand can do it. Case closed. If you want to make a thread extolling your virtues as a Bonus Power Vanguard then go for it. Your comments wrt to the Havoc or the OP's vid are not really that interesting.
Regarding your chances of charging multiple times in succession... Once: 100% Twice: 33.3% Thrice: 11.1% Four: 3.7% Five: 1.4% Six: You get the idea.
Actually, build a lot of stakes, because quite frankly, nobody with half a braincell intact would give a good gorram about proving anything to some random dude on the BSN.

CmnDwnWrkn's work has been less enjoyable since Annomander figured out what he's up to, but I still do get a chuckle.
And thanks OP, this is some cool stuff. I actually haven't played the Havoc yet or specced him out since I didn't know what I wanted to do with him, so this gives me something to try out.
Please explain the reload tricks more. You fire the claymore, and then havoc strike and it auto reloads? Do you actually have to click reload first? When are you reloading?
As nice as the video is.. I have to say, the ending to the vid is probably my favourite part. Happens to me a bunch of times and it's just like.. wtf? I really got a kick and laughed at the ending.
It's possible to missile glitch on PC but I have never seen it once in 500+ hours of game play. From what I hear it's hard to find a clean platinum game on Xbox.
So guyz, I just assume that all Xbox players are missile glitchers and cheaters until they prove otherwise.
But now we're all feeding the troll, aren't we?
Let's talk about Havoc Strike! Feneckus, doesn't Havoc Strike do double damage against frozen and chilled targets? Have you experimented with Cryo ammo at all?

?? You mean the post where he gets called a moron?
He's basically a tech vanguard with cryo blast; it was a weak design decision not to give him a decent power like incinerate or snap freeze. His major strenght is Turian passives and stimpacks, so you'd better rely on your weapon when playing this class.

' I actually think the fact he can refill his shields without charging makes him much more useful in a lot of situations. No need to decide between charging a banshee or dying...
