I think BW does a superb job on getting the male / female LI voices (Merril, FENRIS, Anders) so I don't think I need to chime in.
For comic relief, Lok (from Tak's games) and maybe Gilbert Gottfried (Yago on Aladdin) or something similar. John DiMaggio (Bender) also seems to have an amazing range of voices.

Christopher Lee, he's getting up in years, so they'd have to go to him, but he's done video games before and would be an awesome edition no matter where you put him.

In all honesty I will be satisfied just to hear Claudia Black's voice come back out of my favorite witch.
As long as its not Yuri Lowenthal (who already is in DA and ME), Laura Bailey or Jonny Yong Basch. I love those guys but my god is there a game or anime these people are not in?
