Not as well known as some actors but Charles Dance would be very good. I find him to be a bit similar to David Warner.

Perhaps Jill Hennessy for a female role.

Donald Sutherland or Christopher Plummer would be great.

It seems Sbarge's voice is really popular...

Personally, I never liked his voice. I don't know what it is about it but it really put me off the LI's he voiced. If he is in the game, I really, really, really hope he isn't a LI. Even if I didn't dislike his voice I wouldn't want it as a LI since I wouldn't be able to romance that LI because I'd only be able to see them as Carth/Kaidan.

I'd rather have completely new voices, fo LI's at least, unless the VA in question can change their voice enough that I don't think of their former character instantly. That doesn't mean I'm completely against returning voice actors - just not Sbarge.

As for voices I would like to have in the game... hmm, I'm not as familiar with voice actors as many of the other posters seem to be so I'll just say random celebrity names (with voices I like).
