For the Orlesian I'll go with Jean Reno.
Non-Orlesian... I can't help it, Hugo Weaving. I would like to see him play a villain, or at least one of those types where you can't tell whose side he is on. That would be great.
While I adore Gideon Emery's voice, and would love to hear him in another DA game, I'll always associate him with Fenris now.
I also like Michelle Dockery who plays Lady Mary in Downton Abbey. Lately my femHawke is really reminding me of her, and I think she has a similar tone to Jo Wyatt.
Unfortunately, I can't really think of a mid-range male voice that I like.
