Can someone confirm if the missile glitch was really fixed?

I did have one guy fail hard this morning. I was going to screen shot the final score but the host quit before I could get my camera. I ended up in first by over 200k. Between each round he would try desperately to get it to work. It was very sad.

It's fixed. The missile glitcher ragequit from the game because of it.

Unfortunately, since I was playing for the sole purpose of recording him fail, I couldn't really focus on the match itself. Luckily we managed to get 20k before we wiped, though. (for no consumables used, that pleases me.)

Yep, it's fixed. If you try to use the method, the charge weapon doesn't charge.

I had that exact thing happen, this kid whos nuts had not dropped was whining up a storm " hey can you guys get the glitch to work?"

Maybe he quit because some guy was following him around and not doing anything :P

It's one of those from-my-(very high quality)phone kind of recordings, and it isn't very long, and I only ever caught one guy, but I'm still trying to get it uploaded because me and M1A2 Abrams Tank were laughing our asses off at the patheticness of the Destroyer.

Unfortunately you can't really hear Abrams either. Pretty much me doing what appears to be talking to myself. I'll probably add subtitles for what he said, though.

Edit: And I also just realized how annoying my humorous "tch!''s are. Sounds like I'm breathing into the microphone or something. I still laughed though, so that could be a good sign. It'll be hard to remember what Abrams was saying, though. Oh, and we actually caught two, it's just that the second one left soon after joining.

The missile glitch is fixed on PS3.  my friend tried to do it on gold (he does it whenever he feels like it) and he wasn't able to do it.  He kept on getting dropped so me and one of my other friends (it was only the three of us) had to carry him through the match.  At least when I pug platinum I won't have to worry about people doing the glitch and making me waste consumables cause they can't handle the challenge. I have been playing a lot of gold pugs the past couple of weeks as a personal goal-challenge. I did 5 or 6 last night waiting for friends and dealing with a wind storm, it was interesting the comments from some randoms who are very upset it was fixed, I say nothing but I do smile.....I am of the position if you have to cheat to win, stay out of my games or play something else.

I believe it is fixed, some random joined my game mid match and dumped his missles in one go while we were in a hack.
