In order of likelihood (IMO, obviously)
1. Some of the speculation is correct.
I've never read the forum with the link, but the guy seems to be well known and highly regarded there. Unless it's a community effort, it's probably not a troll. But -- and this is the key point -- the miner hasn't been able to absolutely confirm anything. He said it looks like it pulls data from SP campaigns, and it looks like there'll be a co-op mode. That's it.
2. None of it is true.
Welcome to teh internets, land of trolls and epic butthurt.
3. All of it is true.
Everyone's happy other than the she-turian fanboys.
It's #1, basically.
Basically, I'm giving my opinion on the reddit "leak" based on what I could find - I'll go back in a bit and have a look for which .pcc I was referring to, since I stupidly didn't make a note of it yesterday

But yeah, anyone can download ME3 explorer and go to town on this patch - there are also some new mods to a few core game files outside the patch folder that got done with this patch and may be worth a look.
Really though we're likely to see an announcement within a week or two.

Any word on the Executioner makeing it into this DLC?
Not noticed it, but that only really makes it "unconfirmed".

Hi guys! I've been gone for a couple of hours, what did I m-

Jesus. Why are you all making such a fuss? We already got that leaked blurb like a week ago, and now there is only some vague statement saying "Hmmm, it does look like it's true!"
But what exactly is it that gives the blurb more credibility now? Or is it just the board going completely bonkers?
People like to get way too excited over vauge statements

I can't see Chris denying anything this time. So basically...
CONFIRMED!

I would've thought that chris denying it would only increase the chances that it exists, based on his track record
