Almost all that leak description sounds fantastic. But I can't deny, the thought of no lady Turians while getting yet more volus and humans is really souring my hopes for this DLC.

All I saw was a quote from the earlier "leak" that was known for a couple days now. No new data that would suggest the game mode stuff is true.

At the very least, we knew they were looking at new gameplay modes for MP at the time the collectors were added, and this patch references a new multiplayer mode as well as all of those weapons being added to MP.

I'm calling this "Tentatively highly likely"

I play as Volrus quite often but even I think theres too many in the game, I think other races should be included more, especially Salarians, its my most unplayed race as I dont find either the Engineer/Infiltrator that good. More Drell and Geth options please

This. I think I remember the Retaliation trailer and DLC description saying nothing about Volus being in there.

A DLC this large means the BioWare does not consider MP in its final throws.

You do this if you think ME3 MP is still vibrant and has a future.

The devs are great, but BioWare is in the business of making a profit, even if in doing so, fans are thrilled (earn your credits).

Perhaps MP will be supported/enhanced until ME4 (MP) gets close to release, similar to LotSB and The Arrival for ME2.

Now this is getting interesting. Kudos for that man who roamed the data files.

But what I am not pleased; Volus & Humans. Why? I mean, we already have 4 volus kits, more than Geth, Drell, Vorcha and Ex-Cerberus, tied with Batarians. Especially I miss the Geth Tech-Sentinel (something like EDI in SP).

Let's see:
Human: 14 (6 Standard-Kits, 6 N7-Kits, Phoenix Adept, Phoenix Vanguard) +? (Ex-Cerberus?)
Turians: 5 (Soldier, Sentinel, Havoc Soldier, Saboteur Engineer, Ghost Infiltrator)
Asari: 5 (Adept, Vanguard, Justicar Adept, Valkyrie Sentinel, Huntress Infiltrator)
Quarians: 5 (F. Engineer, F. Infiltrator, M. Engineer, M. Infiltrator, Marksman Soldier)
Krogan: 4 (Soldier, Sentinel, Battlemaster Vanguard, Shaman Adept) +1(?) (that Axe-guy)
Batarian: 4 (Soldier, Sentinel, Slasher Adept, Brawler Vanguard)
Volus: 4 (Adept, Engineer, Mercenary Sentinel, Protector Vanguard) +1(?) (not more pls)
Drell: 3 (Adept, Vanguard, Assassin Infiltrator)
