Just in time to bring me back to the MP

I must be the only one not excited about this "co-op" mode... How is it going to work? Who do we play as? Is it episodic? Who's story would be follow regarding which characters are dead/alive? Didn't BioWare say it's impossible to implement new modes?

Personally, I'd rather play as my MP characters rather being stuck as my Shepard again... or even worse having two Shepards running around doing whatever.

Bioware has taken a liking to giving us ****loads of content for no charge. Sure, Retalition reused a lot of old powers and character models, but it also gave us Collectors, 16 kits, hazards, and the challenge system. Retalition wasthe biggest DLC yet, with more new content than any of the others.

It may of been the biggest, but it was certainly the most lacking.
- A broken new faction that is a pure annoyance to play on. (Don't get me started on PS3)
- Recycled maps with a few weather effects slapped on (Which are a pain to play on besides Reactor.)
- New units that are 100% cheap that ruined two existing factions.
- Volus.
- A whole mess of recycled kits with nothing new on any of them.
- God-Awful Collector weapons.

OMG BEST DLC EVAH

Only good to come from Retaliation were the Amiger Turians and the Challenge System.

So I don't want to divert the topic, but why do people want female turians so badly? I mean, sure, they are more flexible, but the new turians have pretty good mobility with their jetpacks. Is it just a lore/option thing?

Im more excited for the new salarians, one of my favorite races. Also more volus is a good thing, the volus are all extremely powerful, especially the beast that is the Vengineer.

The leaked description seems pretty legit, but I still want to know more about the co-op missions and game modes, please bioware (note the spelling), Im getting anxious.

We don't have any female Turians yet, they would bring more variety to the MP.

Since it's coming with free DLC, expect that they want to make money from the store. Unless they introduce some completely new side store, which would be weird, you'd be using your character and weapon unlocks from MP.

Because they're something NEW.
New voice actors, New model, New powers, New class/race combination and it's more female characters.

You must be the only person actually looking forward to the Volus kit which will 99% most likely will have a recycled model from the old one.

BORING.

(P.S Volus are about as useful as sun tan lotion to a Quarian.)

1. Turians are cool.
2. Nyreen's character model was better than we could have hoped for.
3. Lore-wise, there is no reason NOT to include them.

Yes, the salarians need more love.  I'm glad we're (supposedly) getting more.  As for the volus, I'll bet they're going to be a soldier and an infiltrator, in which case the kits are bound to be... interesting, I guess.

For the same reason I prefer FemShep to Sheploo. I am a female and while I enjoy the male kits, I feel just a tad bit more "connected" RPG-wise to female kits.

My favorite race are the Turians. I have loved them from the start. Back when it was announced MP would exist for ME, I got excited and knew I want to make a female Turian as my MP character (since, you know, the codex talks about how the genders serve equally in the Turian military, so NOT having female Turians at all is just... weird). And then I discovered the MP system was actually pre-set characters that you unlock.

Then Nyreen came into being, creating the needed character model to make female Turians happen. I have been restless for one ever since now because there literally seems to be nothing to hold them back.

So, while I dearly love my Turian Sentinel... I'd very much like to play his other half.

Why...? Because I have an opinion that's different from yours that actually has some logic behind it?
So far the only interesting aspect to this is the new Salarian kits and weapons/mods.

Considering practically nothing is known about this "Co-Op" mode thing apart from that it exists.

Also, I'm intrigued to see how they are going to be "Story" based when there are so many different characters to play as... (IF we are playing as our MP characters.)

Good points about the female turians, I wasn't trying to be antagonistic, I was genuinely curious. I can't be the only one excited for new volus, character models aside, they have a pretty distinct playstyle.
