If you are playing with 400 ms and a host at 120 FPS your only chanse is drill rounds + wall hack, if you are looking at any enemy directly you may just stop shooting because you are already dead anyway.
About clock and 120 FPS, seems like you can be targeted at any frame rate while in clock (because they can hear you or what ever) but most of the time you will not get hit because of the low accuracy while at a higher frame rate you will catch every bullet even if your exact location is not known, which is just stupid.

Yeah, what I have noticed about TC is that usually it won't stop most enemies shooting at you, but rather diminish their accuracy a bit. And give them a bit longer before they "lock on" to shoot at your exact position. So people whose AI is already relatively inaccurate think TC works wonders, but people who play @ 60 or higher FPS know that TC is garbage when it comes to actually stopping you from being shot.

Turian stability doesn't work off host on the soldier and sentinel, it works on the new turians though.
Yup.
A few other things that are annoying off-host:
- Cover penetration doesn't work, which is especially annoying if you clearly hit that Phantom's head with a Javelin through a piece of paper and then there's just nothing happening.
- What I call 'reload madness', e.g. a Hurricane will often fire a few rounds, then auto-reload, then fire a few rounds and so on, if you add stagger to that, you pretty much lost control about your gun entirely.
- Grenades not actually being thrown despite the throw animation being there. Lovely in sticky situations, when you're just waiting for the enemy to get stunned only to find out you're dead an instant later.
- The entire Geth faction acts even more cheap off-host, but that could simply be my impression since I can't remember when I hosted a Geth match the last time.
- Teleporting back and forth, the enemy and yourself. Can't help but feel that either hosting makes me better at aiming or that I'll often shoot stuff that ain't where I assume it to be. (I.e. where I see their models...)
With the exception of the last point the game doesn't even have to be really laggy...

I thought that was hit and miss depending on the amount of lag.

I'm not sure but it's happened every time I've used the Turians off host.
Turian Soldier & Revenant with full RoF Marksman & no stability = seizure mode.

A) Shame for using a Revenant.

Similarly, the elbow of doom will stagger you well into the Marauder's shooting animation. On host, there's at least a chance of recovering before he starts riddling you with bullets.

- Like others have mentioned, grenades will randomly not come out off host. Friends and I call this 'Empty hand.' glitch.
- Powers that have a travel time seem to randomly miss off host. Biotic Orbs also throw quite a bit slower off host. Biotic Charge likes to randomly not activate, on host or off.
- Sometimes you'll reload, have a full clip, shoot once, then the game makes you reload again.
- Graal Spike Thrower, Kishock Harpoon Gun, Geth Plasma Shotgun, and any
gun with a projectile basically are significantly worse off host.
- Not sure if it's just me, but I can't use the Reegar Carbine nearly as effeciently off host. It doesn't seem to connect as well in relation to where I'm aiming.
- Ops Survival Packs and Stimulant Packs fail frequently off host. You'll use one up but still go down right after using it. Makes them nearly useless.

Basically nothing works properly off host in this game.
