Hey guys,

I bought Dragon Age and tried to install it from the DVD. This did not
work (message: cannot extract core.rar, possibly a dvd problem). I then
downloaded Dragon Age via ea download manager using my product code.
The installation worked, but when i try to activate the product i just
get "we are sorry but an error has occurred".

Is there any way for me to resolve this problem without having to wait for a useful response from ea support (which i probably won't get, according to many posts in this forum)?

@ea: I never had any problems to install a game and it will probably take some time
until i buy another of your products. However, i paid for Dragon Age
and i would like to play it. I hope i do not ask too much of you. Thanks.
