I had some quests from the chantry board over there, and before I completed them I had gone to the Circle, I noticed that I can't go back anymore because of the darkspawn. Now I still have Lothering with Help the Chanter in my Current quests, how do I get rid of this? Since the chanter is not there anymore.

Finish the game. All non DLC quests vanish.
