So, there were some threads in the past on this by me and some others here on bsn.......but mainly by me

We talked about a possibility of multipplayer affecting the single player story. Some even sid that it may by possible that the story left the player when the beam hits Shepard. Since then the IT starts, but in the "real" world Shepard is fighting Reapers in his own mind. Where the player is left, the multiplayer starts. We are presented a series of Operations throughout the whole year and I believe, now stronger than ever, that single and multi will meet at some point to finish the story of Mass Effect.

I don't want to go into detailed debate on this, because there were many and many arguements has been repeated so many time. I just want to point out 2 things:
1. Indoctrination Theory threads are being constantly locked by ECP. There is no real reason for this. Apart from being true or not, they have the full right to be discussed in the open forums, not just within groups.

I'm a simple man. My needs are simple. I just want another fun, satisfying mission with Shepard.

If the DLC delivers that, then I'm happy. Otherwise, well, it better be fun and satisfying gameplay at the minimum.

Didn't EA make it policy that every new game has to have MP? Not surprising that closer integration between the two would happen as a result.

I have no problem with Multiplayer co-op through a story.

I have a problem with the atrocious thing they call the ending of Mass Effect. And when they fix that I'll spend money on BioWare again. Until then, if this new thing is free, no problem.

Wait till DA3 when they add micro transactions into the SP as well as the MP

it seems to me, watching online, that many, if not most games are interenet basing more'n more. Easier to datamine, is the gist I got from it?

Hey! Micro transactions so people who don't spend time unlocking things for free have to pay for it is fine with me! That way, I could get DLC without having to pay for it while someone else supports BioWare! Of course, I also have to get DA3 for free too. Just to get started.

The rumor is based on something a data-miner (TSA_383) reported on the clevernoob forums. 

Okaaay, so I think I've confirmed the co-op mode. That's in there, at least it seems like it - we're looking at a multiplayer game mode that pulls your paragon/renagade values, reputation points and updates your plot progress from the single player campaign

He could be wrong.  It isn't proof.  I'm not staking my life on it.  But it isn't "baseless rumour" either.
