Heh, yeah, I need to get Max installed and finish it. Wild Woods too, I guess. I'd release it now if there weren't lots of buildings with holes in the sides : p

I'm working on combining all of the February content tonight, so if you haven't sent something in...you still can.

Yeah, that whole "real life" thing was getting in the way (visiting family members from out of state), but I'll make some free time tonight and tomorrow.

Errr, can someone tell me what a bansai tree is (as opposed to a bonsai). Is is real or did someone accidentally hit an 'a' for the picture description on the vault while meaning to hit an 'o'?

Probably just a spelling error on my part. There's also another piece that didn't make it into the first upload, and a couple of missing screenshots I have to take (one for my troll, several for a couple of other pieces of content from other folks).

After that, I'll get to work on a combo hak and a demo module. Just wanted to get those source files that I had up and running.

Found the mushrooms after re-reading through this thread. Turns out the project was linked through an image, so I didn't catch it (and a couple other entries) before.

That'll teach me to not just check the email account. :)

I'll be updating the plants entry on the Vault sometime today.

The same effect goes for "gate" spell vfx, but I couldn't capture it. Ah the semi random numbers. Notice that player is glowing the same color as this vfxes at the same time.

THIS MEANS you can create an invisible object, make it 'glow'(it would be still invisible I guess) and apply 'weird', 'gate' or 'that fiery dragon thing' to this object and make about 90 NEW VFX FREE!!!!

Has anyone tried to find out why is this happening? It doesnt look so cool for VFXs, but if the same can be reproduced on a creatures such as Will-o-Wisp, that would be wonderful. No more need to make a new model just to change color.

It uses a head from Xaltar's NWN2 heads and since I haven't finished the model yet I haven't asked for his permssion to use that head. If I don't get his permission I won't add the dryad model to any haks, but if I get his permission, it might be my contribution to this month's challenge.

Working on the principle that it's never too late (or thread necromancy as some prefer to call it)...

 

I have just sent in an additional 7 inventory icons which now makes it 40 that I did for this. These were made from some really good, but very large, pictures I came across while looking for something else.
