O well, an upgrade to my favorite gun is a nice alternative to the elusive Harrier.

As for the OP itself: now THAT was easy. I just joined a random silver to try out the newly unlocked Turian Engi, played normally and ta-dah! Killstreaks.

Also, the Turian Engi is unbelievably devastating. God bless all Turians and their stability bonus.
