Krogan soldier, Glacier/Geth/Silver. Caught 'em twice in the lower level with Inferno grenades. Team mate caught the spawn in the upper level with a missile launcher.

Glacier, Geth, Silver. Upper lab, deadend hallway. Everyone hunkers down in the deadend hallway, enemies come to us. Wait until there are five enemies. Then pull the trigger.

Dagger Bronze Geth with a Krogan Sentinel.
Dagger is very easy as you have clear visibility of (most of) the spawn points.
Just send a missile in to keep the Geth company.

Waves 1 and 2 killstreaked predictably.

The Geth were sneaky in wave 3 - two spawns of 4 Geth, grrr

Wave 4. Done.

only if you got three types, infero grenade, lift grenades, missile launcher and yes it has to be spawn only. you have to kill all of spawn on exact same spot.

Thats been the hardest challenge for a long time.

Bronze solo with Asariguard / Grenade Capacity on Glacier Cerberus. They kept spawning on the other side of the map. Wave 2, 3 and 8

I took out my QMI and looked for a Gold PUG on Glacier. First Killstreak on Wave 1 with my Arc Grenades, the other two with Spawn nuking. Fun thing: We scored exactly 350.000 points.

Killstreaks are a team medal, yeah? So you don't have to do them yourself right, someone else could get all three and counts for the challenge?

No.

Killstreak = kill five or more enemies within a second.

No restrictions on how this must be achieved, though those accidental killstreaks where the entire squad just happens to kill enough targets in 1s are very rare without grenades or rockets involved. 

I mean, technically you can do it with one Javelin shot, I think Lord_Sirian once managed to get 4 kills with one on gold, I don't know if anyone ever recorded a Jav killstreak.

i managed a biotic charge killstreak on a group of primed targets in a bronze reaper match once

Did 2 gold pugs with a Batarian Adept with full cluster grenades. Had some good teammates, first time was dagger/cerb, and we cruised through. Enemies too spread out on that map for a good streak, Next game was Geth/glacier (it was set to U/U/G so luck of the draw). I got 1 with warp/cluster and a Vorcha Sent also used his cluster at the same time, that was the first KS. Other 2 were from missles.

FBGlacier, male Quarian Infil with grenade gear, bronze solo. Took me to about the 6th or 7th waves to get it. Not a super super easy challenge as I only got 3 killstreaks in the whole match.
