Is it possible to change the in-game language for main menu, subtitles, items, journal etc.?

if you have the european version you should have a second disk that allow you to install the game in another language.

Thanks. I need to full reinstall or i can install only the additional language?

I think you need the full reinstall, because it tells you to use disc 2 during installation only if you've chosen any language other than english before the installation.
