PPR is for tanky (due beam charge up) characters who occasionally use powers (due to ammo recharge).
Destroyer used to be the obvious choice but now the Magazine Size bonus is small enough to be irrelevant.

Geth + tactical cloak or Salarian with energy drain and tactical cloak massive points of damage plus the ablilty to stagger and debuff enemies with Proxy and energy drain or geth RoF bonus .. INFILTRATORS for the win..
