Since I noticed that my current character does not upload correctly, I deleted all character data in the "manage characters" menu on this website, but now am still left with 5 files from four characters that actually no longer exist anywhere. That is those four characters have been deleted from both my xbox 360 and from this website. Still these four deleted characters and their five files remain listed in the "Dragon Age Player Profile Diagnostics" list. Is there any way to get rid of those four deleted characters and their five files from this website?

same but i recently started playing on my newer character but then it said connection timed out so now my guy is incomplete no pic as you can see

It's messed up, to upload everything must be just so, if you turn off your xbox or time out, it won't work. If I want to make the character a profile pic I check before finishing the first part.

Has everyone else noticed this area? I came across it by pure mistake, but I do not ever remember seeing this or reading anything about it. And since this is the only thread with a mere 3 messages, it is obvious not many are aware.... So I'm trying to let you all know it is here or there, which ever english version you prefer....

someone said to hard save, then play a bit and check.. its been on the same stats as i were before reading that (6days ago now) so i think alot of players have this but dont think its a big deal.

I cannot get my Avatar or portrait image to upload to this site. I get errors 1002 and 1003 listed but no clue how to resolve that. I think this happened due to my cable modem dropping one day while I was playing DAO and disconnecting me from XBL mid-game. I have since played a number of hours, saved multiple times, etc but still no update for that. The story and stats XML files upload fine. Any ideas of what I can try?

Same here, 1002 and 1003. The FAQ doesn't help. I'd love to get some feedback on this.

I play the PS3, but I saw this so I thought I would add my vote of confusion to the mess. Is there ANY way of fixing this, Bioware? Or are we to be selected as minor concerns in the community?
