Melee right after covered by "Enemies can melee/sync kill through walls"
I think possessions would probably be covered under working as intended.
I added a link to Typhoon DR discussion. all seems to be working as intended?
orehlol: well, technically I think all the collectors are "bugs" - the high health for swarms is a balance issue not a bug?

Also, I hope they never fix the added weight not working for non DLC weapons when using the newer mods. Adding a fixed % weight and 50% at that was just stupid.

My hope is that if Bioware does to more bugfixing they focus on the bugs that negatively impact the player experience first...

A player's Shield-gate and Health-gate often don't work, almost always off-host.
Firing the Infidrell's recon mine when cloaked doesn't break cloak, but does trigger a longer cooldown until you shoot or melee.

You can activate and then quickly leave a hack and still be counted as uploading.
Banshee's quite often get stuck up on the upper (player inaccessible) levels of maps, sometimes permanently: I have personally seen this happen on White, Reactor, Glacier, and Jade, and I suspect Giant (one Banshee just dissappeared mysteriously.)

But off host vanguards on Rio tend to get stuck in what seems to be below the map. The player will not be able to hit anything except with AoE powers. Enemies will also not be able to hit the player, and will look down when trying to target the player. Heavy melee will usually, eventually, fix this. (Even happens with single digit ping).
I'd also add that the CSMG has ~10 less shots than advertised (randomly distributed double ammo bug 10 times per clip). The CSR has ~20 less shots than advertised. Double ammo conumption on most shots (not all), burst fire seems to stop the double ammo consumption. The Reegar also has this bug, but to what degree is unknown.

Related, I managed to get stuck below the LZ in White w/ a Volus Vanguard somehow recently when I died. Might have been host even which was extra bizarre. I haven't been able to replicate it though but if anyone else has, feel free to chime in.

Ghost Hazard ladders don't work and rain is not there. You only know it's raining when your shields are dropping. Enemies that use the ladder, or drop from the spawn areas above freeze and are invulnerable until they reappear on the ground. (XBOX)
Edit: Friday I played Hazard Reactor and I couldn't use the reactor control nor tell how charged it was.

My tests show the Reegar losing ~10 rounds per clip to this. I have also noted it on many other weapons while under the use of Marksman, as well as the GPR while not using Marksman.
In addition:

Damn, I know I added these before but I think I had two editors open and overwrote them. Do you have links to testing threads? I think peddroelmz did the initial work on the 2x CE damage right?
