Problem with the points!

Hi! I have some points from some achivement from the past character and
now i have deleted that character and made a new one but the achivements
are still there and i din't get the points for that. My balance in game
is 0 points altrough i have unlocked some achivement. i hope you will understand my problem.

Achievements are tied to your account, not any one character. Once received, they are permanent. However, there is no "balance" that comes with them. They are just numbers, not something you can use for purchases.

Yes but you gain some points for that...i have 405 points from the achievements but i can't use that points because they don't apear in the game...

As far as I'm aware, those points don't serve any other purpose than that of personal satisfaction.
Whatsoever, I think the balance shouldn't really come down to 0. May be logging in while in-game would bring back those points. I'm not really sure what might be causing this, as I've never encountered this myself.

Those points are used for buying adittional scenarios to the game like "Return to Ostagar" and the rest of them...and as long as i have unlocked those achivements i want those points...
I do not know who to ask that.

You are now in a General Subjects discussion forum, where you will only hear from other game players. Achievement Points were inherited from Console Games, and are essentially meaningless.

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.

To do so:

Go to help.ea.com/

Log in with your Origin account.

Click on "Contact us"

On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.

Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".

Select the available Contact method of your choice.
