I just blew up the tubes of the final boss for ME2 on insanity, it went into a cutseen of my teamates holding the entrance then, mid scene it said critical mission failure. Has anyone experienced ths or know how to fix it?

Load from save (last autosave or manual save) and try again? I have never seen that before.

Thanks loaded the last save and did it again, it didn't glitch this time.
