Both. Main problem is the lag though. Playing CoD with 1 bar (+300ms) is horrible. The bullets don't even register.

Do you know the config file trick to make it show more than 4 bars on the scoreboard? From TS it sounded like you were all playing MW2 and I don't think it was patched for that. Showing 10 bars is at least more useful than 4...

Showing 4 bars is cool and all, but I'll still have 300 ms latency which doesn't solve hitreg. But usually I can get 2 bars with an American host, so it's fine. Let the trolling begin.

Good old fashioned "IWNet". Was a bad idea 4 years ago and still terrible now.

The lack of the 20 headshot medal is a sign that the run is legit. You don't get the 20 headshot medal without cheating.

This is in the description of my POV video, but in case anyone is interested and cbf reading descriptions:

Wave 3 - circle hack - 64s objective + 18s cleanup = 82s total, i.e. very, very bad, usually hack circle or 4 devices = gg no re speedrun, since they are 1 minute minimum
Wave 6 - pizza - 24s objectives + 17s cleanup = 41s total, good objective, somewhat slow cleanup
Wave 10 - escort - 41s objective + 9s cleanup = 52s total, pretty long escort, ideally they'd be ~30s.

Fastest wave was wave 2 at 9 seconds from "Wave 2" to "Wave complete!".

But yeah, gonna be keeping full videos a secret until we've absolutely crushed this strategy. Problem is good objectives and cleanup. Pizza is the best when they spawn properly, and escort/targets can be done in ~30 seconds with luck and co-ordination, but with targets they have way too much time to break off and split up. Often a lone bomber/phantom/pyro can add 5+ seconds. Best cleanup we've ever pulled was 2s with a double missile. 7:xx is possible, but very, very improbable. I think I'd be happy with < 8:30. The cleanup on objective waves stops me from getting bored of this business, since it's the part of the run that requires the most communication.

4 GIs with Hurricanes or Talons, each pops one thermal clip pack, shoots a proxy mine and decloaks.

Plus ATLAS triple hit bug (lol clever use of game mechanics )

Today, it was our second run. We weren't expecting it at all. We got 9:02 two days ago, and we were expecting that because we had good objectives.

We've been at it for about 5 days of the past week, but only the first two were fairly intense. The last three have been just on-off. It does get pretty boring, especially when you get nothing but split spawns and 4 devices. I guess it's not too bad for me, since I don't have a maxed manifest and can look forward to farming URs. Plus everyone on the team is fairly new to this, so we aren't completely burnt out like Team Tron.

Years of playing with lag has honed my reflexes to ridiculous levels.

The new game soured on me... just a bunch of SMGs with little to no variety in the metagame on xbox anyway. The aim assist is POWERFUL... it's so magnetic that if someone runs across your screen it will drag your character's FOV over 90 degrees.

Hackusations are incredibly common on PC. You don't even have to pull of anything particularly special. Just one or two good twitch shots and you get hackused straight away.

Their standards are pretty low, yeah.
