Power evolutions that you think that are useless. Also the ones that should be reworked.

Fitness: Rank 5 & 6 Synergy tree. Killing something with heavy melee is nearly impossible on most characters (exceptions: Krogans, Slayer, Shadow, Drells)
Proximity Mine: Rank 6. Way too expensive only for speccing damage or recharge Speed.

I agree that duration is better on some Infiltrators, for example the Javelin GI (enough damage already), but on some of them I wouldn't ever skip the damage evolution.
Especially on the Huntress.
This. On the AH; always go for the damage, DC is a kill everything button with that evolution. For the duration option I always go for the QMI.

Was just listing some of the characters who are good with, not all (poor brackets need a break, don't they)

Sure, I'm not saying all of them are any good. The Quarian one is quite useless, yes.
But I've seen people generalizing on them a lot, and thus including some of them which are actually useful.
On the fury, for example, taking both power speed evos on DC and throw allows you to use a pretty heavy loadout and still retain a good CD on your BEs. To me, that is much more useful than the other evo.

With the Brawler I want to get as many melee kills as possible, so I take the Raider weight reduction over weapon damage, and on the Volus my weapon damage bonuses are pitiful already, so I prefer reducing the cooldowns to the ridiculous levels.

I'd rather have them altered entirely, the lift function is just plain stupid. Lift Grenades kill unprotected targets anyway.

Vulnerability instead of bubble for Stasis.
Damage for Warp/annihilation field.
Duration instead of radius for Reave.
Recharge speed for pretty much anything, but especially for Marksman instead of accuracy and ROF bonus.

Cluster grenades - damage to lifted targets. Needs to be reworded to clarify that it actually does extra damage to primed targets.
Blade armor needs its melee damage returned description totally reworded. It makes no sense.
