I'll start.
I don't like the Javelin.
I think Kai Leng is kinda cool.
So far I've never completed a playthrough where Miranda lived.
I suck with both the drell adept and destroyer.
I still can't aim grenades effectively.
I think Ashley is more badass than Garrus.

I use the volus shield boost as an excuse to run around doing nothing and people thank me for that.
I might start a game over if I find out the eyebrows colour dont match the hair colour.
I beat ME1 for the first time without knowing that powers existed.
Sometimes I start lobby wars by putting a random kick and watch the randoms go crazy on each other.
Ashley poetry moments annoys me, a lot. Like instant skip.

I kill Miranda and Grunt every playthrough.
Would kill Jacob but a bunch of scientists going commando against Cerberus is just ridiculous. Jacob at least is a soldier and knows how to use a gun.
If I had Samara I would let her shoot herself because I don't think Falere should be allowed to live.
I don't like the Black Widow.
I liked James Vega.
Hated Mordin's new voice.
Thought the Rannoch arc was horrible. Especially the final mission.
I let the original council live because I am far more used to their voices and personalities after countless ME1 playthroughs.
Chose Udina because what does Anderson know about politics?
As glad as I am that the ME companions weren't all bi like in DA, and as much I hated Kaidan being bi in 3, I would have liked Jack available for FemShep.
Contradictory to that last one, I can't bring myself to romance anyone in 2 (excluding Garrus and Tali) because I feel that those romances just didn't go anywhere.
I bring Garrus with me everywhere in all 3 games because he is my favorite character, but aside from Overload I don't like him combat wise.
I play a Vanguard but don't care for charge, dislike shotguns and fight from a distance.
I also don't bother to set up for biotic/tech/fire explosions. If they happen, cool. But I don't go out of my way to make them happen.

- I always romance Tali.
- On my FemShep playthroughs, I romance both Kaidan and Jacob. Even though Jacob forgets about you and knocks up another chick in between ME2 and 3. /spaceicecream
- I still think the Geth and EDI should survive the Destroy ending, EDI by merit of not being in the pulse from the Mass Relay and the Geth by hiding out in a server, maybe the one where you fired off the Rewrite Heretic Virus (if you re-wrote them in ME2).
- I openly chastize people for playing Novaguard then play it myself.
- I liked the ending to Mass Effect 3.
- I've never been to Boston in the spring.
- I thought Samara was pointless.
- I blame EA for everything bad that occurs/happens/happened to Mass Effect 3.
- I have no problem with From Ashes being on-disk (it's better than letting a dev team go idle and still have to pay 'em), but I don't think it commanded the price it did.
- I would have loved to have seen Gianna Parisini as a love interest. Why? She's hot, she decieves people and she's awesome. Plus, lady cops do it for me.
- I thought the Rannoch arc should have been longer, perhaps with some Reaper forces thrown in.

-In my first suicide mission olny Miranda died.
-I think that biotics, specially how they are represented in ME3, is a pure ball of stupid concentrated to make space magic. I hate how suddenly 'biotic' meant magic instead of the ability to make mass effect fields. I have no problem with singularity or Tela Vasir and Samara slowing down their falls, but I fail to see the logic why biotics stop bullets, explode (BE's, Barrier, Biotic Grenades, shockwave), make teleporting viable (N7 Slayer and Fury) and finally can impulse things (Throw, Pull and Biotic Charge).
-For the reason above I avoid to play biotic clases.

- The Lesuss Monastery mission and Grissom Academy missions were in my opinion better without their respective ME2 character cameos.
- I am rather detached to Shepard's character and him dying in the end of ME3 didn't bother me too much. I cared about the galaxy that survived and rebuilt itself.

-I have never used any of the abilities in ME1. Pure gunplay all the way.
-It took me four playthroughs of ME2 before I discovered powers like adrenaline rush.
-I romanced Liara on my first playthrough, not because she was interesting, but because my exact thoughts were 'Hehe! Blue boobies!'
-I have never played anything but pure Paragon. What's more, since my first playthrough of ME2, I have never romanced anybody except for Jack.
-I like Jacob's character in ME2. He seemed like a good, balanced guy who I wouldn't mind having as a drinking buddy/wingman.
-I only grew to like Miranda's character in ME2 playthrough 5 or so, when I took her to face TermiReaper and she told the Illusive Man where he could shove it.

-In the same playthrough, I stripped the Galaxy clean of all resources ever. Every planet was Depleted.

- My main Shep was played as mostly renegade and a tad bit racist in ME1 but saved the original council cuz I liked Tevos.
- I didn't like the idea of Tali being an admiral so I went back and got her exiled on purpose with my Talimancing Shep.
- I like Miranda but felt she was better off dying in ME3.
- I gave up on playing femshep.
- Don't like Javik.
- The sentinel and soldier class bore me to tears.
- Kaidan was dead in every single one of my playthoughs until I played ME3.
- I like Michel over Chakwas simply because of her accent. Yet most of time I still end up taking Chakwas.

I also do not hate the endings, merely their implications and the fact that they do not make sense.
I don't hate the Catalyst either, and would gladly accept him if he didn't look like a kid.

I've gone from loving Ashley Williams as a character and a romance interest to almost intentionally wanting to kill her because the writers decided to keep the "IS SHEPARD A CERBERUS AGENT?!?" character arc going throughout ME3.
I think Jack is hotter than Miranda.
I've never done a playthrough as FemShep, never finished a playthrough as a Soldier, and can't be bothered to finish my Insanity playthrough in ME1 because it just takes too long.
And finally, beating ME2 on Insanity was one of my proudest moments as a gamer.

* I kept using Soldier class in ME 1 because I thought biotics were sissies.
* I kept using biotic-based classes in ME 2 because I like to throw Vasir high up into the air and hear her taunting in an arrogant tone even as she fell to her death to the ground far far below.

-During ME2 my first opinion about Miranda was "GTFO! I don't need a XO!"
-I think Asari warships are horrible and i can't figure where their guns are.
-I don't like biotics, and i don't trust them in MP
-I play turians only in MP.

I don't like how it feels like if you don't really enjoy three particular characters (Liara, Garrus, to a lesser extent Tali) you get less of an experience than if you do. I like all three just fine, but it feels like all the other characters aren't given the same (positive) treatment. As an earlier post alluded to, I liked Garrus more before he got upgraded to Space Batman and forced into the role of "Shepard's BFF".
I didn't/don't find ME2 as great as a lot of other people. I dislike several of the major plot points, they gave us too many new characters, many of which aren't given enough time to be fleshed out (which in turn led to issues fitting them all in and giving them face time in ME3), and ME2 as a whole did almost nothing for the overall Reaper plot beyond knocking the Collectors and their one ship/Human Reaper out of the war. It's a fun game that I enjoy playing, but it's also very frustrating for its failures as the middle part of the trilogy. Thankfully my main Shepard was able to give TIM the middle finger as I blew up the base and went home to the Alliance.
I don't mind the ME1 combat, apart from having to remember the different keybinds for stuff in each game.
Despite my nitpicking, I still enjoyed playing ME3.

I hate T'Soni, shes goes from a Prothean dud to a information dud
On missions with T'Soni, I never revive her when she dies(it happens a lot)
I hate that in order to have T'soni dead my femshep has to die as well(why can't T'Soni be dead with high EMS?)
I never romanced anyone except Samantha as femshep
Had to play as maleshep to get the romance trophy for ME1/2
I beleive conventional victory is possible
I am not a fan of Anderson
Whenever I play ME2 I only recruit 8 squad memebers
I always have Garrus killed in ME2 so that I get an extra scene with Samantha

I was speaking in terms of personality, not gameplay, heh. But yes, I find Ashley to be more powerful than Garrus for both 1 and 3.
Liara's REALLY good if you're a biotic. Bring Javik along as well for easy mode.
Ashley and Liara are my favourite squadmates in both games.

-I've never romanced anyone in ME1 and still got the Paramour achievement, still a mystery.
-I was literally afraid to play as any other class besides the Soldier until I tried the ME3 demo.
-I now have yet to do a full playthrough of all 3 games where I do not play as an Engineer.
-I've only romanced Tali.
-I have never tried the Control or the Refuse ending.
-I've never played LotSB or Arrival.
-Wrex survived all of my playthroughs because of a coin flip
-Kaidan has never survived past the Virmire mission whenever I play.
-I HATE Asari character cards in the multiplayer.
-I think the Geth fighter squadron mission is boring.
-I always pick the Destroy ending now, regardless of how high/low my EMS score is.
-I think the Illusive Man is kinda cool.
-I think Javik is also cool.
-This is a wall of text.

- I think Liara is kind of meh as a character, but my Shepard is in love w/ her.
- I've never romanced Tali.
- All my main female characters from Neverwinter Nights to Skyrim have the same first name, including Shepard.
- I voted for blonde femshep. ;P
