Okay, I own all three Mass Effect games on the Xbox 360. I have one or two of the DLC for Mass Effect, and all of the DLC for Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3.
I have recently seen that you can get all three games in a pack worth $59.99USD on the PC. What I'm asking is, if you were in the same situation I am in, would you buy the pack and then buy the DLC just to have it all on the PC - even though you already own it and most DLC on a console?
Seeking opinions.

If the PC is your preferred platform and you're planning to play through all three games with all of the story DLC, then I'd say yes. Maybe you could trade in your 360 ME games and put the money towards the PC versions, it's not much use having the same games on two platforms.

If you have the cash to spare, and the time to set it all up and get all the ME3 DLCs again, go for it. Modding on PC is a drawcard as well. Graphics may look better on PC than console too.
NB: The trilogy excludes the DLC for Mass Effect 3. If you want to play on PC, drop your $60 + however much it costs for ME3 DLC.

Here's the best answer you're gonna get.
Yes! It is well worth it to buy the trilogy on the PC and then the DLC as well.
Here's why you should do it.
Because , If you love editing files , modding your ME games to the point of making them look like complete new out of this earth games. Then PC is your platform!
Because , Nowdays the whole DLC packs for the first 2 games are very very CHEAP! And the DLC's for the third are just as cheap with exception of Omega.
Because the PC is the best Platform when it comes to gaming due to the ton of options available to you. Controlling the camera with 2 or more buttons on a gamepad will always seem retarded when you have the magic MOUSE which gives you a very fluent , very realistic gameplay.
Got more reasons for you if you need more. But just so we are clear on one thing , i own ME on all platforms , infact , i own everything about ME, from books, comics , magazines , figurines , audio books , soundtracks , i even have the android game ++ well you get it .. And i have to say , the best platform is the PC. Beats the PS3 and Xbox any day because of the realistic feeling of control and the advanced options of compatibility with most products today. Example : any pc can be upgraded to run games faster and better without any problems such as Yellow Ring of Death or Red Light of Death on consoles. PC lets u play an infinite number of hours till u get bored. Consoles need breaks or else they overheat. A good PC graphics card is 3-4 times more better than any GPU's in consoles so naturally the graphics rule here. Im not talking about old grapchic cards from old pcs those are not PC's those are toasters. Last but not least , on my PC i can listen to music while playing World of Warcraft and Crisis 3 and League of Legends in the same time while watching a movie and downloading 10 different things WHILE im on Skype and chatting with all my friends WHILE editing photos for my avatars and texting on facebook wWHILE doing random searches on GOOGLE , while ordering something from EBAY!!
The consoles cant even handle 2 games in the same time , infact most , cant even handle 1 Game and Music in the same time. Not to mention you can either go browsing , or playing a game or shopping and nothing else. They dont even come close to the PC , not even 5% lol.

You make some very valid points, Zuzu Mumu. And graphic problems aren't a concern, I can run Battlefield 3 on max settings with zero problems. (Okay, maybe the fps will drop a few times, but that's okay.) So I'm pretty sure I can handle Mass Effect 3.
The ONLY downside I see from this, is that I'll have to start all over again with the multiplayer. I've unlocked so much stuff on the Xbox 360, and I'm not sure if I want to do that all over again. If only there was a way to transfer everything over... But I must stop dreaming about that, heh.

Can't you sync your accounts from the various platforms with origin ID?

I'm pretty sure my GamerTag is linked to my Origin ID, but why would that matter?

Well, I went down the GameStop and purchased the Trilogy Pack on PC (I didn't want to download such a big file), and I'm quite excited! The tricky part now is deciding how my first playthrough on the PC will go.

I just added up the numbers, and all the DLC for Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3 I'll end up buying will cost me another one hundred or so dollars. What makes it hurt even more is that I've already purchased all that on the console. :x
Ah well, I got the Mass Effect DLC with the Trilogy so the DLC for Mass Effect 2 can wait 'till my next paycheck comes in.
