In regards to delays in DLC (not being specific here or anything) the most recent delay was, from my understanding, "due to quality issues" according to IGN. As an older gamer I tend to be a little more patient when it comes to release dates and would rather play a non-buggy version that I had to wait for, than a buggy version that I didn't have to wait for, however, meeting release date quotas IS a quality issue. It may not be the quality issue which Bioware was talking about but that really doesn't matter; when you have set a deadline for anything deliver SOMETHING, even if that something leaves much to be desired, and patch it later. Secondly, NOT releasing a new date upon announcing a delay is a sure fire way of ensuring that more casual gamers "miss the boat" when it comes to new DLC. Lastly, 100+ hours of game play, a bunch of different intros AND endings, solid voice acting, a compelling plot, made for one of the best RPGs to date had it stood alone with no expectation of more content so please don't get too defensive about this little crtitque here, it's all done with the hopes that this kind of criticism will lead to a better product in the future that makes Bioware oodles of money.
Constructive criticism about DLC and "quality issues".

Since these forums are monitored by actual staff from Bioware (a studio which I'm very fond of) and the thread I wanted to post this in to give some feedback to them has been locked, I thought it necessary to start a new thread. I apologize in advance if that may be considered spamming but this is the interwebz and I WILL have my say.

I simply disagree. Meeting release date is not a quality issue - the game will not go off if it is released a few days, weeks or even months later.
Buy the game and enjoy what it gives in the meantime without worrying about extra content.
