Every RPG I play I try explore area to find secret item or whatever I sometime take so long to do sometime that take half an hour rushed because I try listen to dialog etc so i can understand story.

Saying you beat the game in 11 hours without dialogue is like saying it only takes 10 minutes to watch an NFL game if you fastforward the whole time. It's trivial and meaningless.

I thought my 60 hour first playthrough was short! I am actively looking at things I might have missed the first time around with my 2nd playthrough.

It must be a bug. It's impossible to make 2253 kills and complete every (side)quest in 11 hours.
You have spent over 2000 gold and your max. amount of gold was 500+. Have you used exploits/cheats?

And I noticed it shows dialogues started, I had around 1000+, so if you say each dialogue lasts about 3 minutes, had I not skipped them talking, on average, that's 50 hours of dialogue.

Yeah exploited Gold to get Far Song at level 9, but that was it.
