I just HOPE, that awakening, is 15 hours of gameplay, and not 2 hours. with 13 talking.
Sorry this is flat out dumb. This is an RPG. Just silly to make half complaints about all the dialouge.

Well what are you waiting for? Give it a try
MINOR SPOILER WARNING!!
Here's how you could set up a speedrun:
Difficulty: casual
Party: Morrigan, PC (Mage), Wynne and Alistair/Shale
Always keep Haste active. Use AoE spells (Fireball, Inferno, etc.) to deal with your enemies (casual -> no friendly fire!). Ignore a battle if possible and only complete the main quests (Orzammar, Mages Tower). Ignore every chest and sidequest. Skip every dialogue and cutscene.
It might be possible to beat the game in 15 hours or so if you use this setup but that would be very boring and quite difficult.

I didn't complain, I was just showing the numbers. And it wasn't like this was my first playthrough, I watched every dialogue the first playthrough, I was just showing that with out the dialogue it's a good 10-20 hours of actual playing.

It would be significantly less I think.. casual isn't your damage doubled? So take my damage in the 11 hour run, double it, probably shave 3 hours off the game. As well as if you skipped the sidequests. I did every sidequest I could possibly do / knew about. I think the last side quest I did was the last one in the bartender's quest line, as well as defending the collective.

I gotta admit that ''Lord Reinhart outro tune'' at the end of your drawing videos was epicLordReinhart wrote...
The whole point of this thread was to merely show that, when you take out the dialogue, it's only 10-20 hours of actual gameplay, and when the expansion comes out with 15 hours of actual gameplay, that statement should be accurate.
I may or may not find a way to record another runthrough, but if I do it'll be on my youtube.

I also was a rogue, so I opened up every possible chest I could, but I did leave items that weren't significant and only took potions, because I didn't want to get the dreaded corrupt save bug that people on xbox get.
What do you mean 'only took potions'? Only drank potions, only took potions from chests, avoided buying potions, or only took potions when visiting Bella? Sorry, I'm confused and would like to know how potions contribute to the corrupt save bug.

I hate quick-runs, but this makes me what to see how fast I can run through.
Yeah, I only usually do quick-runs after I've beaten the game a few times, and in this case, did pretty much everything I could do in the game, and knew the story and plot. There wasn't really anything else to do.

The corrupt save bug is highly mysterious, but people have come to a somewhat conclusion that it comes from selling certain items, some say its crafting items, some other says its when you sell way too much to a merchant, that they have way too much items on the merchant, so when you save, the save becomes corrupt. And you don't notice it till later in the game once you get to landsmeet. and you're forced to start over.
I just to be safe, as I had it happen to me once, for this playthrough only took higher quality items that I could use off bodies and chests. I didn't loot anything to sell for gold. So if I opened up a chest, and there was two healthy poultices, and an iron mace. I only took the potions, as to not overload my inventory with junk to sell. I kept my inventory at the bare minimum. I also destroyed all crafting materials instead of selling.
And doing so I didn't get a corrupt save in this runthrough.

Yes it is, all those drawing videos are me drawing. I am an artist, and a hardcore gamer. Mainly a PC mmo gamer. I almost landed a job at Blizzard for concept artist, but the cost of moving to California, with no car, was just too much.
