The nice thing about the Hunter and Mercenary...both have DOT. With any Volus, you have to get used to making use of heavy melee damage resistance between shield boosts as well as the light melee tactical cloak. The Mercenary and the Vanguard are probably the best synergy-wise. The Mercenary can have pets doing slow DOT while he's cycling shield boost, heavy defense, and gun fire. The Volus can Shield Boost, Biotic Charge, Heavy Defense cycle.
The Hunter's different, you have to play him like a pest...pretend you're a Marauder, or a Centurion, or a Nemesis sniping from a distance (Saber works, so do the Viper and Valiant). Hit and run, hit and run. Alternatively, do a lot of Incinerate priming for someone else to detonate... and stack submission net on bosses.
Now if you can tell me how to play the Drell right I'd appreciate it...
The Vorcha.. is exactly how I play him. (With a Saber) I tend to use him as a "Long range" version of the other Vorcha Kits.
And, which Drell?
I'm thinking the Drell Adept is the one I would have the best chance of getting the hang of, because of Reave.

The Cryo Blast + Freeze Damage Incinerate is great synergy.
And even the Sentry Turret can be used. Since it gives enemies something to shoot at, you can more easily time the obliteration of frozen enemies to get chain Cryo Explosion, the flamethrower sets up Fire Explosions, and since you are constantly using your cooldown to inflict high power damage, having a second source of power damage that doesn't take away from your main dps is also synergistic. (PS: the turret also does the most damage to shields, so there's also that for synergy)
Then this isn't synergy, but there's how she wrecks things with an Acolyte, Cryo Balst & Incinerate both being excellent against armor, CB being very good at controlling the mooks (especially if you have a weapon to easily one/two shot them in the head with the bonus damage), and Acolyte takes care of Shields/Barriers. You have a character able to handle any sort of defense with ease, including the mook's "defense" of superior numbers.

I hate being near enemies. I'm oftentimes squishy and easily killed by something that has wrecking balls instead of fists and a class that brings me closer to enemies is just not gonna do it for me.
And while you probably think "well, hey, the Infiltrator should be awesome for you!", well... my aim is kinda ****, so Sniper Rifles aren't really my friends right now...

I can't play the Shadow v well. I occasionally see others playing it badly, and v rarely playing it well.
I can't play asari vanguard, adept, justicar well, but others can.

2. Quarian Male Solider - Idk how to ****ing play this thing! I want to sabotage and use marksman at the same time, but I can't. I use sabotage to stun. I use marksman to have a higher Firing Rate for my weapon. if I use one or the other. I die a lot. Urgh! *Crys in a corner*

I rarely use sniper rifles on Soldiers. I use them mostly on infiltrators and engineers.

I always seem to have the top score with either one of them when on silver or gold even though I use the Carfinex on the Vorcha and the Tempest on the Turian (actually the Turian Saboteur is the only character I use the Tempest on even though I have all the SMGs except the Collector SMG). I think that the TSab and the VHE are two of the best non-human Engineers in MP. Don't try to covince me otherwise.

2) All the Drell. I have never been able to use them properly but I have seen other players use them skillfully and effectively. I know they have potential but I can't play with them properly.

For me it's an engineer that is unable to clear the map with his powers.
