Sad news indeed. RIP.
He was a fantastic VA, with such a memorable and distinct voice. Shame that he only did some relatively minor characters in the Bioware franchises. I would have liked to have seen him in more significant roles.

Zaeed's voice was perfect, gravally, and tough. He was the leader you could pick in ME2 that would actually lose people getting the objective. I always thought that was kind of crazy and cool (made me replay the ending, too! That bastard!) RIP. Always appreciate the good voices for these games.
