I may have gotten it once I believe? Not 100% sure. Anyways, anytime I get one of those messages like "Can't connect to server" repeatedly I just exit out and start it back up and it's normally back to working fine.

Is a connection issue, check your modem. This one was my roommate playing with the modem just in the moment after connected to EA servers and checking download content.

I do. Doesn't seem to affect anything, though.

Yeah, I still get that every time the game loads. It started when the galaxy map stopped loading. The map has been fixed, but this still comes up, but it doesn't seem to affect anything.

Also, right click on the game from Origin and try the repair install option. It fixes a multitude of evils... worth a try....

Did you by chance have the Online Pass error recently?

I get it everytime I log onto my boyfriends account from a shared computer to do weekend operations when he can't.

My version is the Collector's Edition, his is the standard, so the DLC can't function on his account.

I'm aware this is also likely no help to you, unless someone else uses your computer to play ME3 with a different account.

Yes, ignore the suggestions of others in this thread that have not had this situation. I have had this exact situation and can tell you how to resolve it.

Online Chat or telephone are your best options. You had connection issues the other day, so someone issued you a new online pass. The problem is, they gave you an Online Pass for the vanilla ME3 and not the CE version; thus you get that annoying but not gamebreaking bug.

You will need to have your case escalated, so the fastest way to take care of this is to call customer support directly. Waiting a half hour on the phone is a lot shorter than waiting ad infinitum for an email response.

This was fixed for me in less than an hour, and the fix tested while I was still on the phone to verify success.

EDIT: Do not do a repair install. Total waste of time.

I ask about the Online Pass error because I had it about a week ago. Tech support issued a new online pass, and the game worked fine, but afterwards I got the same exact error every time I logged in. It was related to the "From Ashes" dlc that came with the Collector's Edition, and EA tech support had to re-authorize the dlc. I hate to suggest it, considering the amount of time I spent getting it fixed, but you may have to contact EA support to resolve it.

I get that exact same error about 5 days ago.

I got into Chat Support and they fixed it in about 15 minutes. Actually, the wait to start Chat Support lasted longer than the fix.

Also, if they tell you that you need to uninstall it and install a fresh copy, don't do it, it won't work. Just tell them you tried that already. I had to speak with two of them because the first one told me to uninstall it and re-install but it didn't work.

I did get the online pass error about 1.5 - 2 months ago, which chat support fixed surprisingly fast, and after the fix I didn't get this error. I only got it when the galaxy map stopped working.  There may be serveral causes for it, but chat support is probably the best option to start with. I'll try contacting support chat to see if they can fix it quickly, since I'm still getting it.

Including chat support wait time and the actual support, it took about an hour for them to fix absolutely nothing. If you're able, try the phone support, or just ignore it since it doesn't seem to affect anything.

Yes, I did.. this message appeared after I played a quick match and didn't got my credits. I restarted and the message was there, exactly like when I got the online pass error.

Detail: The online pass error was before the patch, this one was after. Maybe they did something to fix the error, and now it only give you a message, but you still can play the game...
