I was just heartbroken when I heard this news. I remember Mr. Sachs back in KOTOR when he played Saul Karath. Zaeed was my one of my go to squadies in ME2. And I squeed with delight to see him in ME3.

One of my favorite moments the first playthrough I had of ME3 was hearing Zaeed's voice over the recording in the embassy office. I yelled "Zaeed!?" right before my Shepard did. That was some fine voice work there.

As for my favorite moment with Zaeed? It may not sound very nice but I thought it was great that the player had the choice to leave him behind after his loyalty mission in ME2. It was a really strong character moment for both Zaeed and Shep and it just fit perfectly for my renegade femShep.
And one of the reasons this moment had such an impact was because of the great voice acting. So thank you Robin Sachs and rest in peace.

RIP Robin Sachs. Zaeed was just a great character who was clearly a renegade but still was very likable. He grew on me during my playthrough of ME2 and it was a treat to see him back in ME3. I loved his stories ("This mission takes me back"), his powers, his dialogue, and he was just a great character that I wish had a larger role in ME3. I loved the first ecounter with him ("I better get him outta of here before he starts to stink"). Sachs voice made the character feel great and he did a great job of bringing an awesome character to life.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but what made you think insulting the dead will get you anywhere? Zaeed and his voice actor are gone, there is no return for the both of them... so why even bother?
