and this game lands on my top 10.
Not even kidding. The title is asking for it.
But... I mean... Not that I'm expecting you to do it or anything...

How about no Monty Python references, and the writing team comes up with their own jokes?

I would not mind some of the head works. I love scenes like this.

The team does that marvelously already. BioWare games are amongst the funniest I have played; must be the contrast really.

You could always have an easter egg of the black knight in some difficult-to-find location - Approach close enough, and he starts doing that jig of his like he's about to kick you in the you-know-where.

I'm pretty confident the English VA for Dragon's Dogma had a "Tis but a flesh wound" in there. Doubt I'll be seeing giant feet coming out of the sky, though.

There needs to be a Vorpal Bunny who craps on the High Dragons in terms of overall difficulty.

Here's an idea for a long, arduous quest: "go down to the shops and get me twenty rothmans."

I never really got the appeal of Monty Python. Life of Brian is okay, but the rest? I'd be fine if they throw in a MP reference though, so long as they also include at least one Les Miserables easter egg, since we're apparently going to be in Orlais.

You just know even without mod kit released by Bioware there is going to be some monty python themed mods created.

This. We must have "No one expects the Orlesian Inquisition!", "Burn the witch!", and perhaps a Ministry of Silly Walks reference.

And more.

Yeah, a minimum of one Monty Python reference. You gotta have one!

There needs to be a Harvester Bunny. Basically just a Harvester, but it "hops" like the killer rabbit "hops," and is introduced killing 5 knights known as Ser Gwaine, Ser Ector and Ser Baws, who you can loot, before or after defeating the boss.

And the only way to kill it is to use a Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch.

And be sure to count to the number three. Not to the number four, which is greater than three, or 2, which is less than three, but three is the number they shalt count.
