Pirated software may not be as large a cost as some alarmists claim, same as the climate changes are less frightful in the short run than the alarmists want to make us accept, while in the long run, it really is scarey. 

The OP and his links are gone, as they should be.  Why the ragtag leftovers are still unlocked, I am not sure.  No matter what the actual impact economically actually is, everyone interested in gaming is better off by discouraging any level of piracy, even small stuff, such as this RtO add-on.
