Keep the consumables, cap them at 2 each.
Why rockets, medigel, thermal clips, and ops packs should be removed from ME4 MP... If we get one.

OP I think you're using a few sweeping generalisations and some questionable logic.
You argue for the removal of rockets as it (a) makes the game too easy and (
allows some to expoit a glitch.
This may simply indicate that your skill has outgrown the game, you shouldn't assume that everyone is on the same stratospheric level. The Rockets are in the game to give balance - They balance the large amount of bosses in later waves with the abilities of "average" players to get through to extraction enough times to feel a sense of accomplishement from the game.
You always have the option to NOT use rockets, especially if you play with friends. It comes down to economics - th e game must be easy enough for enough players to play and pay for micro-transactions. If the game is too hard, there will be too few players, and no DLC.
i.e. If BW remove the rockets, they will either need to OP other weapons or lower the hardness of bosses. You need to decide which you prefer.
I've played over 800 games in Bronze. Silver and Gold and I've NEVER seen anyone glitch. I am on PS3 and maybe this is an Xbox or PC thing, but it's less of an issue than you think.
(sorry for the wall of text)
Just one last thing. Without medigel games would end prematurely. They do sometimes anyway, but if you find yourself going down several times without team mates reviving you, you're probably more likley to rage quit. This is something else which will make the game too hard for some, and reduce revenue, and hence support for the game.
The only way to stop this would be to get rid of bleeding-out, i.e. maybe you respawn with lower shields etc. It starts to get complicated, and I for one think BW's solution is a good one.
(and another last thing)
I will agree on support packs (and not for your reason) but only becasue they don't work. Lag makes them useless. They need to be modified so that they work for a couple of seconds after you go down to allow for lag.
Just IMHO
