The hypothetical question was to pick between those four characters.  The easier choice is Thane because he's the only one who already dies regardless of any choice/ power Shepard has.

Out of those four....hands down Wrex and then possibly Mordin if he still continues trying to cure the Genophage....Though I would much prefer to put Liara and Javik down........can I please?....

She is the only squadmate I go out of my way to kill.

I always kill her on the coup.

Garrus. So tired of that guy. I'd trade all of ME3 for one more mission with Wrex.

Out of the girls mentioned, Jack & Ashley.  If I only get to kill 1, Ashley from ME1, Jack from ME2, Ashley from ME3.
