More than once, when I play the game again after months of putting it aside, I forgot which save data is which.
Also, there are some save data I kept just so that I can watch a specific scene easily again.
It would be more convenient if I can write a few words on each save data.
Same on the "career". It would be great if I can make notes on each career.
If ME3 can't be added with this feature, hope future ME/DA title will.
Can I write some description on each save data?

Probably not. You best bet would be to create a text file and keep create a list yourself. For example:
Kevin - Engineer. Created 02/08/2013
Engineer that uses Sabotage, Overload, and Incinerate for power combos. Defense Matrix as bonus power for more power damage. Kevin always chooses the Paragon options.
Save 1. Vancouver. Level 30, no powers assigned except 1 point in Defense Matrix.
Save 2. Mars. Level 31, ready to pick up Mantis to change weapon loadout.
Save 5. Normandy. All available clusters scanned, ready to begin mission on Menae.
Save 10. Normandy. All available clusters scanned, ready to meet with diplomats.
You get the idea.
