When I first heard about this supposedly last ME 3 DLC I thought to my self where will it be located? So I started brain storming a little and of course most of us if not all of us think it will be on the Citadel. Though this is a good theory, why would Bioware choose the Citadel for a final DLC. Out of all the ME lore their is nothing on the citadel for Shepard to experience. So I went into deeper research and found out a couple of things they could have us do on this Citadel DLC. We could go to when the reapers are attacking the Citadel. The reason why this fits as a good Citadel DLC moment is because when we arrive to earth the citadel was their, but how did it get their. Though I might be severly wrong but it might be a Captin Bailey DLC that lets you play as Captin Bailey during this horrible time in the Citadel while the reaper forces are killing everybody. If you think thatt is inprobable that Boiware would make you play as Bailey, I think you are wrong because BIoware already had done this character switch in ME 2 when you play as Joker so it is a probability. This DLC could bridge the gap of knowing what happened to Captain Bailey, The Council, and the Destiny's Acension, and how the Destiny's Acension was able to leave the Citadel before the reaper attack.
I also have another Theory, that this final DLC has to do with the ending of the game. Now please hear me out I am not trying to say that the Indocrination theory, Puzzel theory, or in that matter any other theory is at play here. What I am trying to say is, at the end of the game when you choose the destroy ending and have high enough War assets and maybe the extended edition(I'm not sure If you need the extended edition to get the final breath scene) but you get a final breath scene. Now why would Bioware put that scene in and not work with it, that would make no bloody sense. So I think this final DLC is you playing as one of your squad mates and finding Shepards body. This does not mean Shepard is alive, If I am right about this then I'm pritty sure you will find Shepard dead. I know you could say that "oh Shepard could be rebuilt, just like in ME 2" Well I say that it can't be done. The reason why I say this is because the first time Shepard was rebuilt their wasn't a galatic war but now every planet has been technically been destroyed of all technology so you would not have the technology that you would have had before this great war. So what do you think of my Conclusions? and please if you have any other conclusions on why Bioware would make it's final single player experience in the Citadel please write them down. I am curious to know your point of veiw
