Cerberus's attack on the Citadel. How the hell did they bypass the Citadel fleet with all those mechs and gunships?!

Smugglers and insiders, mentioned in game in one log.

Oh sure, they must have just taped Atlas Mechs under their shirts and concealed gunships in hidden comparments their hand luggage.

Or have one or two bribed man with access to weight control system of cargo containers?

Or they replaced shipments of mining mechs with military ones?

So many options here just little imagination needed...

Which still doesn't explain how they managed to get them on to the Presidium. A few bribes to get a container or two onto the Wards I can understand, but how enough obviously Cerberus branded mechs and gunships to fight the whole of c-sec to a stand still on their own well defended turf are smuggled through I will never understand.

Keepers could have easily disabled a few security systems to help them sneak in.

Nah, if you're going to bring in the Keepers then you open things up to the "why didn't the Reapers just nab the Citadel first thing" question.

I like the game that's why. I'm saying those that constantly moan obviously don't. So why be here moaning about things that are natural in any piece of fiction!

Edit - reply to Maxster. Not that obtuse other poster.

Because said fiction is worthwhile to us to 'moan' about.

That, and narrative consistency is usually pretty important. Keeping to the lore even more so.

ME3 did neither.

Ah yes, forums are only for praising, not critique
That is why i said that your reasoning is utterly stupid.
Also, any fiction have quality, which is comparatively measureable.
Like classical literature, or in genres like scifi or fantasy.
ME3 is a horrible written, while ME1 and DAO good written. :wizard:

Why would they do that?

Why wouldn't that be very obvious, considering the number of systems likely required to smuggle things like giant mechs and full-blown gunships?

I can see you are playing ignorant. Clearly a forum should feature both, but I think we both know this forum is just a barrage of critique. Always the same thing too. Subjective opinions treated as facts seems to be deluding the forum. BW always has an uphill battle against this sort of behaviour

Your excuse for a garbage writing is really pathetic, because it plainly false.
You present an objective and subjective critique as "moaning", meaning you are just pathetic EAWare defender with no credibility :wizard:

Yes, but Saren's "synthesis" is him willingly allowing Sovereign to surgically implant him with Reaper tech - nowhere was a magic green beam mentioned.

I mean,  I'm assuming that "cybernetic implants" is self-explanatory that they were implanted, not "wished into his being via a mystical carebear reaper stare".

Rannoch being retconned for budget constants from a garden world to a desert really they don't have animals since the geth decided to occupy it? What the geth decided to kill them all? Sure they claim chemical warfare but if it was that severe how did 10% of the Quarian population survive? And how is it they can even give back the land it should still be toxic if they used that much waste.

The Lazarus Project is a huge drop out BW clearly wanted to forget it ever happened thought it was too much explanation for the newbies to handle and decided it would be great to retell us what we already knew in ME2 ie we learned nothing. The sole reason our protagonist is alive and we get nothing.

Lev shep's not concerned he/shes been turned into a thrall for it doesn't mention it to anyone and Lev doesn't take over shep repeatedly during the battle on Earth. Shep is basically an on call thrall like the Asari woman is to the Rachni and no one cares about how huge a security risk this is.

Shep being hackable is not only unused by the villains Cerberus knows this is a fault because David did it to him, they don't tell their buddies the reapers? The geth don't discover this in the consensus and apply it? Shep doesn't do anything to make sure he isn't a security risk by maybe asking Tali to make a algorithm to help protect him?

Shep is crippled by EMP and no one save one beacon utilizes this? Again a security issue no one care about

Shep's been around alot of reaper tech and no one cares infact they make him the spear head of the whole operation next to Hackett shep is #1 yet he can be hacked, enthralled, or crippled by emp at anypoint and no one decides he's too much of a risk based on that alone?

How to the reapers not find the crucible?

How come the crucible isn't a dude the reapers could've always made it a plant how is that every cycle has it and every cycle the reapers don't destroy it? That's a huge oversight on their part they didn't notice the pattern? Everytime we try to destroy these guys they keep building and wasting all their resources on this weird machine maybe we should send out a memo to look for info and plans for this thing.

How is it shep can't meld with Mars or Thessian beacons? All he has to do is walk up to it Liara can back up the info just in case if she really wants to but Shep having it in his head is more secure then some disk.

Thessian beacon gives out holograms? BW is confused about their own beacons column beacons are made to meld with console beacons give out disks and holograms.

Shep being a mental prothean was dropped I guess it was too complex to explain to newbies. Shep never referanced his visions and said btw I know the reapers tried this before and the protheans did this manuver and it failed so we don't want to redo that, we also need to create false records and evac planets x,y,z to other worlds and leave fake paper trails so the reapers don't go to that world. Shep can't read prothean things though the cipher allows him/her to do that, the only time it makes a footnote is when at Thessia and shep doesn't meld with the thing instead he allows it to give out a hologram.

I started my second ME3 walktrough, and just  notice things, things that are wired and unexplained, here is the list
1.They see me rollin...
Rannoch,Destroyer and Shepard who dodges anti-cruiser laser with power of 450 kilotons of TNT,enough said
2.Bullets in ME universe
This is bugging me since ME1,you can see bullet being fired from gun, impact crater and empy shells droping fom Typhoon but you never see soldier putting one single bullet in the gun, really wierd
3.The [/b]Catalyst and The Kid,true form of Catalyst and the Pawns
How did Reapers knowed about Kid and why is he used for hologram of Catalyst. Is Citadel herself Catalyst?Catalyst must have some kind of hardware, and hardware who stores memories of galaxy must be huge. Why Catalyst do not use Pawns for reinforcements of true Reapers?
4.Breathing on citadel
Turians, humans, krogans and salarians do not use same mix of gas for breathing, but on citadel they all walk without masks and inhale same mix,but they can breathe normall

Discuss and contribute to the list:D

2.

What do you mean with that? People don't need to put bullets into their guns. They are using thermo clips.

4.

Turians, humans, etc. don't have problems with breathing the citadel air. Only Volus need their suits :).

They did finish that, but it was a plot point that was pretty much left to die.

It was supposed to be expanded on, but for whatever reason never was. BW acknowledged this.

Recruit Dr. Michel. She talks about it and brings some closure on it.

He was a Cerberus agent working as an alliance scientist, and that's really all there was too it.

The Catalyst wanted to them to. It may not be obivious because everything the Keepers do is assumed to be regular maintenance of the Citadel's functions. No one would suspect them.

That's a nitpick, but you really can't blame a person for wanting a game to fit within an existing narrative.

No. It's not a nitpick. It's just utterly moronic. 'Nitpicking' implies that the topic is petty and minor, but still has some validity. This has zero validity and only demonstates an astounding incompetence.

How? The guy is absolutely right with the definition. You can look it up. There's no incompetence to be had.

It's something that would slip past my radar since I'm not a big fan of the Quarians, but it's no less right.

Tali clearly explains to us in ME how it is. Her terms weren't past tense like what we knew of the world 300 years ago she talks in the present like it still is in that state and she expexts it to be like that at anypoint in ME she could've said but it could be different now. She does't the way she speaks about her world implies it will be.  She also didn't say the geth used biochemical warfare on them that was also a retcon and adding for BW to explain why we get a desert. Tali would've known this fact so would the admirals why would they be fighting in ME2 to get back a crappy world that will take forever to terraform? The admirals could've also ordered a drone to fly in there and scope out the world's state to see if it was worth it I would if I was going for a long distant world of mythology make sure our prize is worth all the losses we're about to encure over it.

How many people are fighting over the sahara right now? No one, why because its a peice of sandy crap you can't thrive out there w/o pumping in loads of water like California did and even then that takes time. Its realestate  noone wants and then BW wants us to belive that based off of  I heard this part of the world had great soil before you let lose your biochemical warfare we're going to go to war over a barren land.

Sorry not feesible even if they were desperiate picking a desert to call your home isn't worth it. They'd have an easier time colonizing one of the other worlds they looked at now that the council is too busy running from the reapers to personally order a nuke strike on them. At least those other worlds had life and were viable for them to survive on with minimal effort.

No. The guy is absolutely stupid. Do you know where the word "Earth" comes from? A quick google etymology search reveals it comes from the Old English word 'eorþe' meaning ""ground, soil, dry land." Yet the Earth is 75% covered by water. A word meaning dry land used to describe a planet that's 75% water.

Is that a retcon? Is that LOLZ BAD WRITING? Is that ROFLPLOT HOLE POLT HOLE? Or is that simply the stupidly obvious way the languages and words form and exist?
