Collectors are the most annoying overall. Geth are a pain in the ass for some kits (like adepts), while for others (engineers, infiltrators, vanguars) they are preferred faction.

Collectors > Swarms disable your powers and scions use grenades to take you out from cover and shoot you 3 times on lasers. ouch

Geth > Geth Prime, scary powerful weapon and with his drone and turret. Geth missile troops. Specially when you are in Gold and a lot of missile troops. Ohhh dear that missile barrage/rain!

I hate Collectors most. I mainly blame the Scions; shooting like a Ravager but as tough as a Brute. Then with the Abominations giving you an explosive hug to get you out of cover.

I don't mind the other factions much, though they all have their annoyances. I find Collectors inbalancedly hard compared to the others though, at least on the difficulties I play (Bronze and Silver).

geth (primes and bombers; i *hate* bombers!!)

Cerberus? Joke, even on host. I'm always host and typically, I let my teammates deal with Phantoms while I cut down the less nimble.

Reapers? Meh, as long as I don't get teamshot by a Maurauder death squad.

Geth is very easy when you play with lift grenades.
Indeed, i completed this challenge 9 times, with various classes.

I consider Reapers easier. Cerberus got a few nasty surprises, like Phantoms, Nemesis and Turrets. I also dislike Dragoons and not too fond of Guardians. 

Reapers are easier. Brutes are fun to kite, Banshees aren't too bad either, Ravagers aren't as sneaky as their Cerberus buddies, and I can handle the occasional Husk

But that could be a matter of the preferred class to play with.

Collectors, but I actually enjoy playing against them. Special award for most annoying faction goes to the Geth.

Maybe it's because I'm very good at watching my flanks and bravely running awa-- I mean, maintaining distance between myself and the enemy, so geth don't bother me too much unless it's a bomber, a prime's staggerific drone, or those cheating rocket troopers who can fire (on target!) while falling/staggered.

Collectors are the toughest for me, I think. Scions are bad; possessed scions, even worse. Aboms and possessed aboms blow (up). Don't get me started on Praetorians. The funny thing is, I usually like fighting Collectors if I'm in a bad mood because their heads are so easy to target. Nothing gets me into a better mood than a "20 Headshots" medal, and hearing that satisfying *squelch* as their heads are disintegrated.
