Sten from Dragon Age is a warrior of the Beresaad, the vanguard of the Qunari people.
-Biotic Charge
-Battle Cry: you release a biotic wave of energy from your center throwing back baddies and giving squad-mates in the vicinity a buff to their shield strength and power damage
-Bloodlust

Lots of battle cries:
-'You battle a Qunari!' when you kill a boss with a heavy melee
-'Even the Sten can be cut down' when you are about to bite the dust
-'The enemy draws blood' when your shields go down
-Unintelligible cries that you can't understand but that are still epic.
-'You shouldn't be here' when reviving female squad-mates (not my stance but that of the Qunari - give him time and he might come around)

Equip Claymore and lay waste to all that stand in your path.

Albert Wesker

His main power would be his multi-directional dash in which the player can choose four enemies to dash off of since you could change directions up to four times in RE 5. He would have his specialized Samurai Edge handgun, and the handcannon as his main guns. He could also have the flashbang grenade and proxy mine as his other powers. His melee mechanic would be more unique to account for all his abilities. Here's a list of his possible light melee combos:

Panther fang, tiger uppercut, windfall.
Jaguar kick, panther fang, windfall.
Cobra strike, tiger uppercut, windfall.
Tiger uppercut, panther fang, ram horn.
Cobra strike, panther fang, mustang kick.
Mustang kick, jaguar kick, cobra strike.
Panther fang, mustang kick, rhino charge.

*Note: his light melee combo would not be constant but would a combination of three moves like the above listed.

His heavy melee is his Ghost Butterfly and would be a garanteed kill on mooks, and knock back mid-tier enemies and bosses back a lot.
