Flashbang Grenade
Frag Grenade
Green Herb (restores health, and acts as a grenade power)

Light melee uses omni-blade slashes, heavy melee makes him stab the enemy and kick  them away. Over cover grab makes him pull them over cover and shoot them three times in the head with his pistol.

I know I said Master Chief earlier, and I stand behind that 100%.
But what about:

Gravity Disruptor (like warp, but more damage oriented with no lasting effect)
Head Laser (like pHase Disruptor, But ability to fire continually for a brief period and doing MUCH less damage)
Mega Smasher (MASSIVE Damage, but LONG cooldown time (say, 30-40 seconds, base)
Bio-Boost: Training
Uncontrollable: Fitness

Double Omni-blade melee, but Vibroblades.

There would be no way to balance out Alucard. He's just too "B!tch I Eat People" Uber-Wampir. Still, would be many loads of freshly laundered awesome.
