lol I was dropped in OPs lobby one day. I was outscoring him by over 30k on wave 11. He quit on wave 11 so that I wouldn't be able to capture final screen. LOL scrub.

When was the last time you carried 3 never-extracted-from-Plat level players to victory?

To be fair, he's on XBoX - I'm always surprised that anyone can hit anything with those sluggish Micky Mouse controllers... I need my mouse with the sensitivity set through the roof damnit!

Xbox peasant here.
Provided I'm primarily using a gun and that gun is capable of getting headshots.
I almost always get 20 headshots in the first half of the game if not the first few waves..

'tis why I'm not impressed with 300k pts and no 20 headshot medal.

The 20 headshots medal is overrated... it means nothing.

It actually takes time to aim for the head on xbox... it's easier to just mow through the center mass of the target. If you have some barrel climb to your weapon (Eagle/Hurricane for example) that's great.

Most of it means little/nothing.
Score/CP/N7... Only in-game performance (which isn't always reflected by the score)

I don't play platinum, mostly because of Geth.

But if I were to do that, I would do like it a man. 20 headshots, no cheapfiltrator, no missiles, and most importantly, I wouldn't brag about it on some random forum so I could boost my ego/humiliate my teammates.

Not even Sirian would do that, and he's not exactly the most humble guy.

I don't feel even remotely humiliated.

That was my second ever Platinum game, and it felt like my Carnifex bullets were bouncing off of everything. I used a melee Shadow, and was generally afraid to get too close to things.

I placed second, which I'm happy about. I can't speak for 4th place (didn't notice what he was running), but third place was a Volus Adept, and frankly that should paint his score in at least a slightly different light.

I managed 4 medals, I only went down 4 times (two were synch-kills though ) and I did a good job of having my team's back and reviving my teammates (he did ask for 3 decoys, after all, not 1.)

Also, I was not mocked or ridiculed. In fact, they were nice to me (the guys in the voice chat party.)

So, I think maybe you misunderstood. He was having fun, not making fun of me.
